Webinar – Improve interoperability between methods for sharing in-situ and citizen-sourced data
Title | Webinar – Improve interoperability between methods for sharing in-situ and citizen-sourced data |
Description | The webinar introduces the benefits emerging from the utilisation of the OGC SensorThings API, as well as the problems that the latter aims to address in terms of modelling both in-situ and citizen science sources of environmental information. Following this, presentations about existing relevant implementations take place while also the different use cases that are addressed in the context of the hackathon are discussed. The webinar was organised in the context of the Dubrovnik INSPIRE Hackathon, aiming to establish a deeper understanding of the WeObserve citizen-science challenges. |
